E' una mansarda piccola ma molto accogliente e luminosa all'interno di un residence a km 1,5 da Roccaraso sulla strada per le piste della Aremogna. E' tutta in legno e la sua caratteristica principale è l' atmosfera di casa di montagna. La casetta ha la moquette per cui purtroppo non sono ammessi animali con il pelo. Il residence è molto adatto per i bambini per le sale giochi. Pur essendo previsto il ceck out alle 10, gli ospiti possono lasciare i bagagli alla reception del residence, per un'altra sciata o un'altra gita.
