The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It's fully equipped, with all the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker. There's also air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre), the details of which are provided once the booking has been made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, all with large windows providing natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are ground-floor or interior with less light and pedestrian traffic).
