Holiday rentals with a sauna in Roaring Fork River

The only small and I mean small complaint I would have about the entire place. Is that the heater/furnace was very loud when it turned on. If you are a very light sleeper, I don’t know if I would recommend this place. Otherwise I think it was an amazing place and better than what the pictures show.

Mindy was proactive in communicating, which made it easy when I had questions. The location was great, lots of walkable stuff and the bus stop to Beaver Creek was so close. The place was clean and cozy with soft towels, sheets and games to play. It is in need of a little TLC (broken cabinets, drawers and doors) but nothing that impeded our stay.

The condo was terrific, stocked well and spacious. Great views from the balcony. Location required a short walk to lifts. Nice and quiet, although the hot tub traffic could be heard occasionally. Not a detractor as this did not continue into the late evenings. Would stay again!

This was great location for our ski weekend. Very close to the base and the shuttle to town was nice to have. The bathrooms were very well stocked which was a nice surprise! The only issue we had was with parking our first day - the condo includes two parking passes but we couldn’t even find one spot for our car the first day. This could have been due to the snow and some spots not being plowed.

We had an amazing stay at this true ski-in/ski-out condo! It was the perfect home base for our annual Crested Butte trip, where two families from different sides of the country come together. The condo had more than enough space for our group of six, and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a huge plus—especially with teenagers in tow! The wood-burning fireplace made for cozy evenings, and the views of the base of the ski resort were fantastic. Watching people skin up the mountain with our morning coffee became a fun little ritual. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and we loved the selection of books and board games. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes—especially for some late-night stargazing. We even had a friendly fox stop by to say hello! This is a beautiful, well-equipped condo in an unbeatable location. We would absolutely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was exactly as described, clean, and in a great location. Walking distance to base camp or you could jump right onto the shuttle after a long day on the slopes. Deborah was a wonderful hostess. Super responsive and proactive. I pinged her before our stay to inquire about a pack n play for our toddler and within hours, she had secured one for us and saved us the hassle of lugging ours along. Would definitely come back!

An easy walk to the lifts. Parking right outside. This was a perfect spot for a stay at Vail.

Cannot say enough about this comfortable and incredibly convenient spot. East walk to Snowmass Mall and a few steps from the slopes. A beautiful unit, well maintained, cozy and comfortable. Regina was a pleasure to work with, was super responsive before, after, and during our stay. Helped us with all kinds of aspects of our trip. Cannot recommend this spot highly enough for your Snowmass stay. We will be back!

My husband, myself and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location was amazing for a quick walk to the base. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome to have at the end of the day. There is a great coffee shop and ice cream shop nearby. The underground parking was a bonus! Easy 10min drive into CB proper. We would definitely stay again!

Ali is a great host and had a wonderful property in Snowmass. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo is cozy and we loved having fires in the evening. The pool and hot tub were close by. The bus system worked great for getting to and from the mountain (minutes away!), and also getting to town for dinners!

Kevin's place is exactly as described. It’s in a great location, well equipped, and was perfect for our group. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed assistance. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

Very convenient, shuttle dropped off right at door and had parking to easily get around town. Nice space and walkable to downtown Aspen.

Great apartment! Fit 2 easily and could fit up to 4. Walkable to the base lift and right next to the public free buses to downtown CB. We enjoyed our time and the place! Thank you!

My group of four friends stayed here for a ski weekend in February 2024. We caught a great weekend for snow and enjoyed our time on the mountain and visiting the town of Crested Butte. We had plenty of space in the unit and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Having two parking passes was very convenient and parking was easy to find in the lot. We will definitely visit again if the opportunity arises!

Gorgeous two-bedroom duplex. This condo is one of the nicest my two kids and I have stayed in. It has beautiful furnishings, updated high-end appliances, super-comfortable layout, and great TV and sound system for watching a family movie. Beds are high quality. We loved staying here. Dino is an excellent communicator. The location is an easy 5 minute shuttle ride to Vail. Having bedrooms on different floors added to the sense of spaciousness and privacy. We really like staying here and will return.

Jill's house was a wonderful place to spend the holidays. The layout is great and we enjoyed how quiet it was in the area.

We’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnB’s over the last rolling 12 and this one stands out as one of the best. The coffee bar was outstanding and totally unexpected. The house has so many extras it didn’t feel like a rental. And the peaceful tranquility of the property was outstanding. We spent two nights, lots of time in the hot tub, three solid sauna sessions and felt completely comfortable in the space. We would love to go back!

The condo is a 5 minute walk from the base. It’s got great views. The furniture is due for an update in some cases but it was overall very comfortable.

We absolutely loved the place. The house has the most amazing views from all the windows. It is well equipped and very pretty. The surroundings and activities are great. We’ve stayed 20 days and didn’t have enough time to do everything there is to do. Gina was very helpful, she even brought us fresh eggs from the farm. We had all kinds of pasture raise beef, available to us. We didn’t want to leave

Absolutely breathtaking! This stay had the most gorgeous mountain views I’ve ever seen—pictures truly don’t do it justice. We stayed here with our friends over New Years and WOW!! What an amazing location! We felt like we were headed over the river and through the woods to a magical storybook cabin. And we were right! Andy and Kate were awesome to communicate with during, beforehand, and afterward. Everything was clean, nice sheets, big Sonos speaker, nice big beautiful table and chairs, lovey hot tub and sauna. Do yourself a favor and book this cabin!! We will be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space even more! Thank you Andy and Kate.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Very spacious home - lots of room for all 6 of our Ski Trip. The House is well stocked with everything you need to relax - Hot tub and Sauna are great for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes! Kitchen is spacious for a large group to cook, eat and hang out. Will definitely look to book again if back in the area!
