We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

I often return to Filettino, I had a house for rent for 6 years until 2012. For me it is a place to go outside the vacation periods to fully enjoy the local climate. Walks nearby, breathtaking views especially in October, friendliness. The apartment is in a good location. Forget the flat roads, here you go up and down stairs to go to the village and enjoy the surroundings. Warm house in winter with fireplace and thermo-fireplace. Cool in the summer. Beautiful view of the valley.

the little house in the woods is a magical place. It was me and my partner who took some space from the city,both nature lovers. We loved the house,the care,the forest around and the people of the village. Angel also hosts the dogs, it is a safe and magnificent place for them, in fact we will also return with our Kyla

A lovely house in a quiet and beautiful location. The roads to drive up to the house are in good condition also. The house itself has a very nice and modern interior and the amenities that come with are great. We had an amazing time here and I do truly recommend this place if you’re thinking about coming to the abruzzo area, especially if you love nature!

It is a somewhat dated apartment in a very quiet vacation complex. The location is strategic because in a few minutes you can reach the center (with a very safe cycle pedestrian road) but also leave for various excursions or for skiing. The house is comfortable and very clean with everything you need. I was impressed by the kitchen very well stocked with all the utensils, which is not obvious. The bathroom is also clean and functional. The heating works perfectly and the hot water also gave us no problems despite having 7 showers in a row. Last is the spectacular view from the balcony. Highly recommended!

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!
