It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

The apartment is located on the coast of Fossacesia Marina, a strategic area a few steps from the beach and the main clubs. A penthouse on the third floor (without a lift) with a large terrace from which you can admire much of the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi. A fantastic panormama, which allows you to witness spectacular sunrises and sunsets, in an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. A few metres below the property is the cycle/pedestrian path that runs along the sea for 42 km.

Live in style in this extraordinary space. This apartment is a studio flat equipped with all amenities. It has a balcony overlooking the street and a small view of the sea. Furnished with a lot of love, it is very quiet. It is on the second floor (no lift) and, as you can see from the photos, the roof is made entirely of wood. You can easily walk to the village. The apartment is in a private house and has free, secure, on-site parking in the village. It is about 3 km from the sea.

At 40 km you can reach the mountain, Mount BLOCK HOUSE, and what is unique is being in the mountains and admiring the entire Adriatic coast from Pescara to Gargano.
