The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

We are located in Campo di Giove, inside the National Park of Majella. It's a very charming place made up of high mountains suitable for summer hikes and skiing. The famous Celestinian hermitages are present and you live in an environment made of fine flora and wildlife. In the surroundings of the village there are pooes, ponds, villages of great history ranging from the Italian people, to the Middle Ages to six-seven. This is a country with a strong tourist vocation

Apartment of about 40 square meters,with a comfortable and well-heated terrace and balcony in a quiet location a stone's throw from downtown and close to the road to the slopes (Aremogna, Pizzalto). Located on the second floor of a building in excellent condition equipped with elevator. The apartment consists of a double bedroom (with separable beds), a bedroom with a single bed and a very bright living room with kitchenette, sofa bed (double) and panoramic balcony.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

NATURE RESERVE HOUSE AT THE FOOT OF THE NATURE RESERVE

My place is close to Sulmona and the ski resorts of Roccaraso. The house is located on the western side of the village, the silent one, and overlooks the amphitheatre of the Genzana Nature Reserve. This accommodation is very suitable for nature lovers, for the tranquility and peace that it instills but also for groups of "caciarone" friends who want to spend the weekend on the ski fields or hiking, in short for all those who like the mountains.
