It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Come and relax in our cottage backed by the mountain with the song of cicadas. Cyclists, we are 5 km from the Via Rhôna and the Peyre (transportation available on request). For hikers, the GR 42 is 200 m away. Climbing site 2 km away. During the day, discover the gorges of the Ardèche, the plateau, the cave of Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche train and even the Drôme des Collines or Provencal. But it's also great for lounging with a good book by the heated pool.

Come and recharge your batteries at La Muyre in the heart of nature, lulled by the song of cicadas (sometimes also that of a donkey or rooster) and by the hooting of an owl... But you'll have to climb a ladder to go to bed on a mezzanine (1 or 2 seats), unless you prefer to sleep on the comfortable sofa (1 seat) in the alcove. Access to the pool (shared schedule) and the possibility of walking to the hiking trails and the river from the house...

In Montélimar, 2 rooms of 48 m² independent and quiet on the ground floor of our house. Bedroom with 140 cm bed, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Non-smoking but with an outside. In season, access to a small pool. 5-10 min walk to local shops and Leclerc, 20 min to city center and 15 min drive to Cruas. Easy garage.
