Beautiful home, clean and great location to enjoy all that Grafton has to offer. All the supplies you would need in this home. All beds were full mattresses.

Loved the place. Very good location and a perfect for enjoying Downtown Saint Charles.

Great place, near the lake and hiking through the woods was fantastic

House was very nice and very clean. Abundance of towels, everything was well stocked, even though I brought extra tp, dishwasher soap, paper towels and trash bags I did not need them as there was extra there along with many things in the kitchen (plastic wrap, zip bags, misc spices and everything for coffee). I would highly recommend this house for a family needing space and a nice place to stay in the area.

This place was perfect for our needs. My family needed a place to stop for the night as we were on route to another destination. We booked it while on the road with short notice, and were able to check-in shortly after. What a fun surprise of a place! It is very unique, in a good way, my 3 teens had loads of fun exploring the quirkiness of this place, thoughtfully done, and our night stay couldn't have been better. Staying here made for an unexpected but fun memory for us!

Gloria's loft was such a cute place to stay! It was in a great location avove a cafe and close to shops and other things to do. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Matt and Blair’s place in our old neighborhood. Everything had been updated and redone, but kept all the charm like stained glass windows and wood floors. So many thoughtful details, comfortable beds with quality linens and towels, and the best appointed kitchen we’ve ever seen (like, crockpot, waffle maker, kid dishes, multiple coffee makers, etc.). Check out the photos of the open cabinets. And don’t miss the game room in the basement - we had fun playing Ms Pac Man. One of the safest and quietest neighborhoods in south STL with lots of dog walkers and families. Would definitely stay again.

Lisa was very accessible and flexible to our needs. She let us know we could check in early and checkout late. She was also quick with any questions we had. Property is located conveniently near main highway arteries making it easy to get around the city.

The details to the decor and placement was outstanding. Beds were amazing. The view of the Mississippi River was so beautiful. So many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. An excellent location and an excellent condo. Will rent again. It was perfect.
