It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

Modern newly renovated beautiful 2-bedroom home with a private entrance and a private backyard. No shared space with host. House is only 8 mins drive to the gorgeous long beach and 2 mins walk to the Oceanside LIRR train station, which goes directly to Manhattan. Several restaurants and fun places nearby. Home was recently renovated, and is in fresh condition. You would have all the privacy you need. Master bedroom is big. Air mattress and crib are available upon request.

There is free on street parking, and the house is walking distance from neighboring local restaurants and grocery stores. The Q5 and N4 Bus are just two blocks away that can take you to Long Island or the MTA train station.

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
