Places of interest like the Berea College Campus, Owsley Fork Lake, the Indian Fort “ Pinnacles” Hiking Trails and Anglin Falls are 10 minutes away. It’s a 30 minute drive to Renfro Valley and 75 minutes to the countless trails in Red River Gorge and Cumberland Falls State Resort Park.

Cabin is off the grid meaning it runs on solar power, has a generator backup, water is hauled into two tanks and gas heat. Huge pond out in front of the cabin where you can catch your dinner if you’d like. One bedroom, hide a bed in couch and loft area has a queen bed/couch sleeping mat. 3/4 bath, supplied completely. Extra linens under the bed, everything you need for a few days of peace and quiet. No wifi or tv.

We welcome you to the Johnetta Schoolhouse Inn in beautiful Climax Ky. Our schoolhouse was built and 1928 and is a historical landmark. It has been renovated into a two bedroom dwelling with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with all necessary supplies. The Inn is nothing fancy, but is clean and quant. I am committed to following Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process so that all my guests enjoy a clean sanitized environment and feel safe during their stay.
