Holiday rentals with a sauna in Rockingham County

Dolly is a very responsive host. Her home is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We were thrilled to know that we could play golf with our resort passes to Bryce. We found a lot of fun things to do in the area and very much enjoyed our stay.The house was very comfortable and the hot tub and sauna were great bonuses. We highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Bearloga! The views were even better than the photos. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed sitting outside and admiring the view. Other reviews were helpful and accurate regarding the driveway and need for a car that can accommodate. A tree fell across the driveway blocking the exit for our car but Julia quickly responded and sent someone to address. I would also point out that the supply of toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towel are pretty small and definitely just "starter" so when bringing supplies I would recommend bringing! Additionally there were a lot of spices but limited oils and a few other supplies like tin foil and parchment paper, so something else to remember when packing!

I would have to say I love David’s place out in the country mountains not too far from Skyline Dr., Shenandoah mountains, which we hiked and rode the motorcycle. This place was beautiful. His furniture was so nice. The bed was comfortable. The place felt right. We also got a couples massage on the premises. It was great. We had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend David’s place. We hope in the future to come back soon.

We had a great time staying at Chasing Freedom. It is a 25 minute drive to the entrance of Shenandoah National Park. Plenty to keep you busy right within the resort itself and good breweries not too far away. House is very nice and the kids enjoyed the downstairs room with pool table, shuffleboard, and some arcade games.

Sam and Rachel were great and the house was beautiful. We stayed a long weekend for our wedding at a nearby venue. It was a perfect location with plenty to do. A lot of deer in the woods surrounding the property which was fun to watch. The house was big enough to accommodate our large group and family that popped in that stayed at nearby Airbnb’s. We never felt crowded. The house had everything we could possibly need to feel comfortable. Sam and Rachel even offered us a 12PM check in. They were very responsive and friendly. Plenty of parking for our large group which was a big concern we had when choosing an Airbnb. We’d definitely stay again in the future. Thanks Sam and Rachel for contributing to a great wedding weekend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was incredible!!! The rooms and living spaces were comfortable and clean, and there was a ton of provided items such as towels for the hot tubs, blankets, games, and tons of kitchenware. The host was very responsive to questions and proactively provided information for check-in and check-out! The location was quiet and beautiful, and was the perfect cabin get away for our big group. Would definitely love to come back!

It was perfect and so magical!! loved every bit of it, the perfect weekend getaway and the hosts were very responsive! my only con is that the hot tub didn't seem to be the cleanest. Once we turned on the jets, we kept coughing. I googled it and it basically could've been chemical irritants, bacteria, etc. Mainly just because of not being maintained and cleaned properly. Luckily you're not supposed to stay longer than 15-30min, and that's the longest we went in it but coughing the whole time isn't the best time haha. We've gone to other airbnbs with hot tubs before too and never had a coughing fit so this one was odd. Other than that, we loved the sauna way more. So unique and neat! The deck is super cool, the pond is beautiful! Made it all so exciting and magical. There's no reception either, but the wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen had way more than needed, there was even an ice machine that we used to add to our mimosas. The TV also had Netflix added if you wanna watch anything!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this retreat in the woods. The bed was so comfy and everything was extremely clean. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. They even provided a cooler for our use! And the sauna was perfect after a day of hiking. The check out was super simple and much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
