The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Our farmyard cottage is located right on the Ridgeway historic walking trail and is beside Barbury Castle. A rural and stunning location, yet only 10 mins from Swindon and M4 Jct 15, and also close to Avebury and the charming market town of Marlborough. This spacious, newly refurbished cottage is on a busy and bustling farm and racehorse training yard, so expect tractors and horses to be passing your window! Swindon Tiny House. Funky and Cosy

The Tiny house is located in the corner of our mature garden with its own private guest access. It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. There is a supermarket close

Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
