The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
