It is a pleasant place for a holiday, business stay or rest on the way. Beds with 2.20m slats are together or separate - according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on a mattress. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

A Canadian cedar log cabin awaits you almost in the wilderness, in the quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka river under a 300-year-old linden tree. At the elevated level of the river, you come to the cabin over a bridge 300 m away, under normal conditions you will use a temporary bridge. Civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a short walk to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass shield overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.
