The place was exactly as described. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great for walking or getting local public transport.

In Helenes Wohnung haben wir herrliche Ferientage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzblank. Die Wohnung befindet sich an ausgezeichneter Lage in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in wenigen Minuten. Helene ist eine Gastgeberin aus Leidenschaft, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein Geheimtipp für diejenigen, die eine Unterkunft etwas abseits des Stadtzentrum suchen.

Notre séjour a été incroyable : un emplacement idéal, une vue magnifique, une hôte très agréable et disponible. Je recommande fortement, nous étions avec notre chienne et tout était prévue pour elle également ! Merci à Valerie !!

Niccolo and family was very helpful with the questions, requests, recommendations and transport. Apartment is very nice, shining clean, automated windows. Walking distance to several restaurants, SuperStore supermarket and Gallarate train station. Will stay again for return return trip back to Milan. Highly recommended.

The apartment is conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to stores, sites and Everything else. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The management team is pleasant and very responsive. It was very hot when we stayed due to a heat wave, however, the place was equipped with two fans that worked well. I would recommend this property.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, das Wohnzimmer bietet durch seine großen Fenster ringsherum viel Licht und eine tolle Aussicht. Ein großer und überdachter Balkon lädt zum draußen Sitzen ein. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet, das gleiche gilt für den „Biergarten“ Die Betreiber des Hotels sind supernett!

Super logement, propre, très bien équipé (ustensiles cuisine, liquide et pastille vaisselle, papier toilette, serviette de bain). Bien placé, au pied d’une cabine téléphérique, train pour les stations La Poya, Monroc, Argentière et Chamonix (gratuit pour les résidents) Parking sous terrain, 2m10 (le coffre de toit passait avec notre voiture) Enfin, la piscine et petite salle de sport permettent de bien finir la journée après le ski ! Pour info, pas de four, mais ça ne nous a pas gêné

The apartment was great, with amazing views from all rooms. It was done to a very hight standard and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Local amenities (bars and restaurants) were a short walk, and the bus stop taking you to 1850 was right opposite the apartment. It's worth noting that 1650 closes at the end of the second week in April, which means you have no access to the slopes in that area, but you can catch a free bus up to 1850 which stays open later in the ski season. Also, some of the better restaurants also close in 1650, so the choices of places to eat are limited, but there are still some good places that stay open. Our only issue, was the location of the ski lockers in the building, and the limited amount of space. I would suggest hiring skis and ski lockers at the base of 1650 (if open), or up at 1850. This reduces the stress in the morning and at the end of a ski day. I would highly recommend this apartment and we intend to stay there again.

Dire que nous avons été enchanté n’est pas assez fort. Le logement est situé dans une résidence privée, lounge commun en rez-de-chaussée, laverie, toilettes, sauna (fermé à cette période) local à ski (pour l’hiver), double ascenseur spacieux, couloirs larges et silencieux. L’appartement est idéalement situé en coin avec deux belles porte fenêtres donnant sur une grande terrasse chacune avec vue sur la vallée et les montagnes et vue sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc pour l’autre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, plaque vitro céramique neuve, lave linge et lave vaisselle, un excellent micro-onde et un grand frigo avec compartiment congélateur. Les chambres sont très bien et fonctionnelles, WC et salle de bains séparés. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la télécabine, et quelques minutes à pied du centre de Saint-Gervais. Ein sehr modernes Apartment mit guter Erreichbarkeit zur Stadt (Fuß/Bus). Check in- und Out war sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation über Airbnb lief gut und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich fand es auch sehr praktisch persönlich empfangen zu werden und eine kleine Tour durch das Gebäude zu bekommen. Wenn mal etwas gefehlt hat, oder Nachfragen bestanden, hat Thomas schnell reagiert und es konnte direkt eine Lösung gefunden werden. Ich war für 2,5 Wochen im Apartment und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Wer für seinen Aufenthalt das Gefühl einer Privatwohnung bevorzugt, dem kann ich die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

J'ai rarement été aussi satisfaite d'un sejour Airbnb! Dès la réservation confirmée, Audrey fait en sorte que la communication soit fluide et efficace . J'ai rarement vu cela. Elle répond à toutes vos questions mais est surtout très pro active et réactive. Pas le temps de s'inquiéter. Un grand merci a vous Audrey. Concernant le logement...pour résumé, il est parfait! La vue est à couper le souffle. Dés votre entrée dans l'appartement, on se trouve face à un paysage dune extrême beauté. Il se trouve vraiment aux pieds des pistes et egalement d'une télécabine vous emmenant au centre du village. Les 3 chambres/ 3 salles de bain sont un luxe que peu de logements offrent sur ce site. Tous les équipements sont là pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir. Je recommande fortement.

Accueil agréable, la propriétaire a été très réactive: une panne a été résolue immédiatement. Merci à elle! Logement facile à trouver, totalement indépendant, vaste, bien équipé et très propre. Pas de possibilité d'approvisionnement dans le village, il faut parcourir 10km environ. Enfin un gros regret: pas de fonctionnement de la télévision qui ne sert qu'à regarder des DVD.

This little apartment had every thing we needed - hot water, controllable heating, plenty of towels, everything to cook with. The balcony overlooked the lake with sunset views. Maite was a great host. She kindly let us park still on the day we checked out. The flat was a couple of minutes walk from the ski lifts in a really friendly laid back village. The ski resort was good and cheap. And parking was easy next to the apartment with a designated space.

Nous avons passé deux mois très agréable dans le logement d'Olivier à Vaux-en-Bugey. Le logement est bien aménagé et propre. L'hôte est très accueillant, sympathique et de bons conseils pour visiter la région :) Je recommande vivement !
