The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Charming ex. heybarn

A restored ex. hey-barn has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen.Access to the entrance is by a open "piazza" that also is the access to one of our other apartments. By a small staircase is the dedicated outdoorspace, table and chairs. The shared pool is open approx. beginning June to end September, time may vary. Heating system ONLY with wood-stove, handeld by guest.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
