The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Sunniva and Tanel were very responsive hosts and made the stay very easy for us. The surrounding area is also lovely, we enjoyed the nearby beach and Ålesund! Thank you so much!

An apartment that is very quietly located in a beautiful setting. The furnishings consist of a mix of new and old. Still very comfortable. Everything is also clean. Heating the rooms is somewhat problematic. There's only one heater. This means you have to leave all doors open to get heat into all rooms. Only the new bathroom has modern underfloor heating. The hostess is easy to reach and responds very quickly to questions. Overall a pleasant stay.

True to the photos, my son and I had a wonderful stay. The view from the terrace overlooks the fjords SYLVIE HELEN's husband is always welcoming, available and even printed out activities for us to do. The gentleman offered to take us back to the central station for our departure, letting us choose our schedule. I recommend this location and its owners 10/10. Thank you very much, sir.

The landlord and the housekeeper are warm and hospitable, with prompt and responsive communication. The room is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and the surrounding environment is also very lovely.

We were a wonderful 4 weeks in Karls hus. The apartment was as described in the listing and left nothing to be desired. Charles's father, Leif, received us. A very friendly and open man who showed us around and explained everything. If we had any questions, he was always on hand. The moments on the terrace were particularly beautiful....sunshine, sea sounds and the many birds. From the property it is close to the Atlantic road and restaurants as well as shopping. We can 100% recommend this place, so from us 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were our passport bag in which our debit cards and cash were also forgotten when we left. Bernhardt called after half an hour that we had forgotten it. We were already on the boat at the time so we picked up our bag the next day. So thoughtful and honest. Thank you 🙏🙏

Everything was perfect and Hege and her husband have been very helpful and nice.

We checked into the cozy house on Wednesday afternoon, and quickly felt at home. Here was cozy to be, good clean amenities, good beds and a lovely view. We spent great days at the sea gap and will definitely choose Siv Ulla's house again in the future. Thank you 🤩🙏🏽

We loved our stay in this historic farmhouse, Rønnaug was very responsive and welcoming and the place is beautifully kept as well as being situated in a truly exceptional landscape.

A very convenient location, tons of restaurants n groceries shop nearby. Easy to find a place to park if u have a car. The apartment has a very refreshing view as u can see the sea immediately once u open the door. All the furnitures n facility r in good condition n with a good taste. Elizabeth response very fast to all our senators n small issue about the house. Love the place n will recommend to anyone who are looking for a space for their vacation. Chris

We had a fantastic stay. The view is out of this world, and Oyvind is very friendly and helpful.. He left fresh picked Apples for us to enjoy! The apartment quite roomy with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Oyvind also let us extend our stay for an additional hour, even when that means he has to come get it ready for the next guest in a shorter window. Thanks, Oyvind!

Enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable apartment. We had great views all around. Old and new furnishings suited modern accomodation. Kitchen has everything, heaters worked well, bathroom was great, good hot water, bed was great, all very private.

A great stay! We went there for a local beer festival, which was in a walking distance. The place is greatly located above a convinient store, so it was easy to get food etc. The place is like home comfortable and nice. The beds were super soft. Lise Katrin was super helpful and inviting host, where we got great information and communication.

We had an excellent experience with Ingvild and Frode’s place! It is spacious, clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Everything you would want to see in Ålesund is within walking distance. We took a fjord cruise and the boarding dock was less than a five-minute walk away. The bus stop for the airport bus is also only minutes away. What I appreciated most, however, was how helpful and kind Ingvild was with recommendations and even reaching out to let us know when northern lights were visible to make sure we didn’t miss them. And it was so nice to have an in-person greeting from Fride at check-in. I highly recommend Ålesund in general and this apartment in particular!
