Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

The house is located 4 km from one of Denmark's most beautiful and best beaches in Bønnerup and coastal stretches along the Kattegat. The house is centrally located with really good shopping opportunities in Glesborg and Grenå. There are plenty of woods, walking routes, wildlife, and high ceilings. We rent out our newly built and lovely summerhouse from 2022, located in Mols Bjerge. The house has a personal touch and everywhere is cared for the details, creating a great atmosphere. The house is located on a 1300 m2 natural plot, surrounded by a 150 m2 wooden terrace. Only 5 minutes drive to a lovely beach and delicious eateries. We only rent to one family at a time. I.e. no rental for 2 “small” families. Electricity (DKK 4.00 per KWH) and water (DKK 70 per KBM) are settled separately.

Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
