In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, is the laboratory of Grimstad soda factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is hoisted down from the wall and voila, you have a great bed. About 140 cm above the ground, so do not have a fear of heights and be a little sporty. With a view up to the sky outside. Urban location. Parking is possible right outside. As well as a simple kitchen, toilet and shower. Unique experience!

Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Parkeringsplassen er under bygningen i parkeringskjeller på anvist plass. Ta kontakt hvis det er ønskelig å leie sykkel. Ferdig redd opp og håndklær inkludert. Spør gjerne om det er noe du lurer på. Det er kort avstand til badeplass og Grimstad sentrum. Kjøkkenet er greit utstyrt. To bad med vaskemaskin. Grei uteplass med sittegruppe.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.
