Here you can start the day with your morning coffee by the window, take a refreshing bath, enjoy the sun on the jetty or just relax and watch the life on the sea. This is not a modern holiday home with luxury and a high standard. The boathouse has a simple and practical interior, characterised by its age and history. In return, you get an authentic experience close to nature and marine life.

Small studio in a quiet area near Grimstad city centre. Swimming area in Vikkilen 200 m away, with a jetty and a small beach. Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the swimming area and the outdoor area get sun from morning until well into the afternoon in summer. Parking right outside the studio. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad city centre. It takes 30 minutes to walk to UiA, but there are good bus connections nearby.

The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented out previously through another user on Airbnb. The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Many great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft comprises a large room with a double bed, a cosy TV corner, a fridge, a kitchenette with a kettle, and a pleasant small bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra 100 NOK per day.

From this residence with a perfect location right by Grimstad guest harbor you have easy access to everything. Here you can walk across the street and take a morning dip on the town beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the town's many restaurants and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take a trip to the Zoo which is less than half an hour's drive away.

Central flat in a residential building with a fantastic view

Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

New log house with stunning sea views

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.
