Charming, small Sørland house from 1870 in the middle of Grimstad city center. One minute from the pedestrian street, yet peacefully secluded. Sunny patio and child-friendly mini garden. Two (three) separate bedrooms, seven beds. Travel bed for young children. Bed linen and towels incl. Niche shops, restaurants, theater, shopping mall and several museums within walking distance. Nice hiking areas on urban peaks and walking distance to two small city streams. No parking on the plot, but 170 m away in Arresten parking garage NOK 150/day and NOK 420/week.

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the university (UIA). Many beautiful beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV corner, fridge, kitchenette with kettle and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost NOK 100 extra per day.

The parking space is under the building in the underground car park in the designated space. Ready made beds and towels included. Please let me know if there are any questions. It is a short distance to the swimming area and Grimstad city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms with washing machine. Nice patio with seating area.

From this residence with a perfect location right by Grimstad guest harbor you have easy access to everything. Here you can walk across the street and take a morning dip on the town beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the town's many restaurants and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take a trip to the Zoo which is less than half an hour's drive away.

Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Short distance to beaches, shopping, pedestrian street, cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Free parking in the garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a plot (concrete slabs) shielded with hedges. Child-friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city center. 10 min walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Space for 1 car in the garage basement. Otherwise, parking facilities outside. Need a parking permit to park in the commonhold parking spaces.

Homborsund by the sea, close to the Zoo

Small apartment above double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to the Zoo. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping berths. Pitch with barbecue and large outdoor area. Basically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Idyllic boathouse/cabin by the lake.

Perfect place for a small family or alone by the lake. The boathouse is from the 70s and is built in a traditional way. Here you can enjoy the lake view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boathouse is simply furnished with everything you need of kitchen utensils, dish towels and dust cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated. Double bed (150) in bedroom, double sofabed in living room.

Approx. 30 min drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much.
