The car park is under the building in the underground car park in the designated space. Please reach out if you'd like to rent a bike. Done making up & towels included. Please feel free to ask if there are any questions. A short distance to the swimming area and Grimstad city center. The kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms with washing machine. Decent patio with seating area.

Small studio in a quiet area near Grimstad city centre. Swimming area in Vikkilen 200 m away, with a jetty and a small beach. Outdoor area on the ground floor with a terrace, which can be used during the day. Both the swimming area and the outdoor area get sun from morning until well into the afternoon in summer. Parking right outside the studio. It takes 10 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to drive to Grimstad city centre. It takes 30 minutes to walk to UiA, but there are good bus connections nearby.

Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.
