The 106 is a cosy studio of 30 m2, located on the ground floor, bright, completely renovated, carefully maintained and cleaned with attention. It has a separate bedroom area with curtains and a 140/190 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Blinds and roller shutters ensure comfort and privacy. 5 min walk from the station, 7 min from Gayant Expo and 10 min from the city centre. Free parking on the street and private parking space.

Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the motorway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

Leforest Centre Apartment 50 m2

This apartment ideally located in the center of Leforest and close to all amenities and shops is ideal for a short or long stay. A few minutes from the train station, you will be in Douai in 10 minutes, 20 minutes from Lille. Composed of a large bedroom of 14m2, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped, you just have to put down your bags and enjoy the 50 m2 of available space. Wifi/Netflix included.
