Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

The apartment is part of the 1floor of the existing residential house with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed. It also has its own secluded outdoor dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
