Wonderful house, super clean, new. We were very well hosted and there was still a suite left. Sao 4 suites all with air conditioning, that's all! It was all very nice.

Great installation, very clean and comfortable accommodation. Indico that already take things to make their own food, because the market is not the most in the vicinity.

The location of the house is excellent, providing easy access to the area's attractions. The view is simply breathtaking, making the stay even more special. We had incredible days enjoying the atmosphere and tranquility of the place. In addition, the hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. A point of attention is the barbecue, as the smoke is not properly directed, which can generate some discomfort during use. An adjustment in this aspect would make the outdoor area even more functional and inviting. Overall, the stay was very positive, and the house fully met expectations.

It was all wonderful, we are already planning to return in 2026, Pedro was a great host of easy communication and understanding, the place is totally impeccable!!! Puerto Rico's best location, very safe, cozy and family, everything was wonderful, I'm sure I'll be back again and again.

The house is exactly as described. The fact that they are 4 identical suites greatly facilitates accommodation and room division among all.

The house is great with a beautiful view of the river, Carolina was very kind and gave all the necessary information and also gave us tips on tours in the city.

Great house in general, we miss a washing machine (for the amount of people and days we stayed) for having a child would help, but in general everything good. The pool is not heated but the temperature is wonderful. The refrigerator gave problem Robson promptly helped us. my opinion could have a larger freezer or refrigerator precisely for the number of days we were left that was the minimum required, we took a lot of refrigerator stuff. Good location, wonderful neighborhood!!

The house exceeded expectations, broad, spacious district, wonderful barbecue space, well decorated and furnished, in short, spacious garage, I was able to store the speedboat with ease , finally only compliments and when I return to Puerto Rico for sure I will return to stay with Mr. Alexsandro. Thank you ☺️

Our stay was great, the host was very friendly and was always available, the residential is amazing and has many leisure areas. We will definitely return!
