The residence contains complete equipment, easy to use, pleasant and comfortable, it will seduce each of its occupants for delicious moments. A wooden terrace at the back of the house makes access to the garden pleasant and allows you to enjoy it. The place has no neighbors opposite and is located in a very green area with walking access to the beaches of Morgat. The place was rated 3 stars in 2021.

Large 140 m2 house, with beautiful sea views 4 bedrooms, 2 with a bathroom. 3 bedrooms with a double bed (including one on the ground floor) and one bedroom with two single beds. Large enclosed 2100 m2 lot with a swing. There is a BBQ and a large teak garden table. Our 4-legged friends are accepted at NO cost. 3 parking spaces. We have a high chair and a baby cot for kids.
