Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people who are looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The feature oftheproperty is the Majella stone construction that makes the house cool in the summer. Parking (not paid) is located near the building. Also ideal for those who want to go to the sea (reachable in about 30 minutes).

A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

In addition, you have the Lupo Alberto restaurant, just 30 meters away: lunches and dinners without going too far.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
