PRIVATE HOT TUB! We call this intriguing little place, The Bigfoot Inn. The cabin is located 1/4 mi off of Hwy 10 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and is less than 2 mi from the Illinois River. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

Step onto the back deck, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch the wildlife including birds, squirrels, and deer. Or listen to the river. Grill up some steaks and sit at the picnic table. Afterwards, go underneath the cabin for a nap in one of the four hammocks. Take a short walk down to the private beach to kayak or swim in front of the bluffs. Just you, the woods, and softly singing water. And birds. Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
