Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

The Dougie is situated between two lakes, Windsor and Avalon, and within a short hike to Lake Windsor Dam and Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. Are you a biker? You can access 140 miles of trails straight from the house in less than two minutes. We are located on the Little Sugar trail system; take Lago Vista and it will connect you to the Land of Oz. Not into biking? Bella Vista has lakes, pools, tennis, golf and more. This family friendly house has a kids room and is perfect for family vacations!

Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
