“We had some pleasant days in the Hummingbird Hangout! Our first impression of Sarah and Pablo was that everything is really well organized. Not only did they help us with the transfer from and to the airport but they also welcomed us warmly. We right away booked two of the suggested tours, twice with Anthony. This is definitely worth it! Although Anthony was really professional, it rather felt like having a friend and not only a tourguide. But now let's talk about the heart piece - the Hummingbird Hangout. Location and house are breathtaking. You can sense how much time and pation Sarah and Pablo invest to create a really unique experience. From the balcony, you have direct view on the ocean and at the same are surrounded by the nature. After a 15 minutes walk downhill you reach a small private beach which we, most of the time, had for our own. Alternatively, Marigot Bay is in the same walking distance. Although, the streets are quite steep, the walk is nice and in particular not too hot since it leads you through the forest. Marigot Bay has an ATM machine as well as a mini supermarket. The first one didn't work in our case, so we recommend to better use the one at the airport. The latter is more a "gourmet" market with high prices and limited choice. Summarizing, we had a great time at the Hummingbird Hangout and hope to return someday!”

“The views and sunsets here were amazing! My wife and I stayed here for the first half of our trip to St. Lucia, and it was a great start. We rented a car and would go to a nearby beach during the day and be back at the place to watch the sunset from the patio because that is the BEST place to see it. Then we would go down to Marigot Bay for dinner and drinks, which was a blast! There's plenty to do close by, but we really wanted to get out on a boat, but not do all the touristy stuff (most took you to Soufriere area which is where we spent the second half of our trip). So I found a flyer for Captain Joe, called him, and booked him for the next day. We had the boat to ourselves and beach hopped, snorkeled, and visited the Pitons while he fed us fruit and beer. It was one of our favorite parts of vacation - I left his number in the guestbook. Definitely recommend this place for the size, privacy, views, and location to Marigot Bay.”

“To the person(s) conisidering staying with the Felix’s, this family is AMAZING! The very first day I arrived they gave me a ripe sour sop fruit from their tree! They gave me thorough directions around the island, they fed me when I asked, and gave me rides into town when I needed! The apartment they provided was spotless, stylish, and you can feel the gentle tropical breeze through the windows! Bottom line, these are MAGNIFICENT and FRIENDLY people! Your experience will be a blessed one! Learn from my experience and come to the George Charles (Vigie) airport to arrive and depart, as it is very close to where the Felix home is!! Enjoy!!!!”
