Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for mordern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walking distance of Marigot beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.
