Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

La CasinAlta in the heart of the village

Charming apartment, on the first floor of a building in the center. The starting point for exploring Tuscany or enjoying the sea (4km). The bright and cozy living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is an oasis of peace and the bathroom has just been renovated. It has a private balcony overlooking the center, TV, Wi-Fi, A/C. Walking distance to laundry, restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy your vacation without giving up the feeling of being at home.

La Gabbianella apartment by the sea

La Gabbianella is a cosy, recently renovated, well-furnished three-room apartment, ideal for four people. The apartment is located on the first floor, in a central and quiet area about 300 metres from the sea, close to all key public services, and it comes equipped with a full kitchen, air-conditioning, WI-FI, a designated work station and a convenient, private storage room on the ground floor with a washing machine and a sink. Suitable both for remote work and for a relaxing holiday!

The transparent veranda is my favorite corner, to immerse myself in a feeling of sea and meadow. My Pink House

The apartment is in a very quiet area of Rosignano Marittimo, a small hill town not far from the Etruscan Coast and the sea (about 5 km). It is very easily reachable thanks to the main roads such as the Tyrrhenian Highway and the Aurelia Variant, thanks to which you can also very easily visit the main Art Cities of Tuscany, the typical Villages or you can very simply enjoy the sea and return in the evening feeling at home.
