Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The bright and cozy living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is an oasis of peace and the bathroom has just been renovated. It has a private balcony overlooking the center, TV, Wi-Fi, A/C. Walking distance to laundry, restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy your vacation without giving up the feeling of being at home.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

It is very easily reachable thanks to the main roads such as the Tyrrhenian Highway and the Aurelia Variant, thanks to which you can also very easily visit the main Art Cities of Tuscany, the typical Villages or you can very simply enjoy the sea and return in the evening feeling at home.
