Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
