Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Outside, the house offers a large south-facing terrace with a pergola, a wilderness bath, a sauna, an outdoor shower and table tennis. Indoors, there is a cinema and billiards - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups. The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
