It consists of a living area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. The accommodation has an outdoor area with terrace and a parking space. We accept pets but the grounds are not enclosed.

The "Le Confluent" apartment is located in the city center of Quimper on the second and top floor of a building with elevator access. Very quiet, bright, functional and comfortable, it allows you to relax or work in peace. It is close to all amenities (the halls are a 2-minute walk, bus stop at the foot of the building). The train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
