Our residence "Torenhoog" is located in an almost 500-year-old national monument within the old fortress of the medieval town of Zaltbommel. Our property is located right under the Tower of Zaltbommel, a striking and world-renowned church that attracts thousands of visitors every year. Experience a unique stay in a special place!

The recently renovated "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" is a wonderful place to really relax... with a large veranda and a spacious view of the garden. To relax, there is also a private wellness. Due to the location, there is a lot of privacy. You can also bake your own pizza in the brick oven!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" itself is 87 m2 and equipped with all the necessary luxury. There is a living-dining area with TV and complete kitchen. Furthermore, 3 cozy bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet.

You will be glamping in our very large backyard. Not in a tent but in a glass garden house with covered deck and garden. You will enjoy a private bathroom and wood-fired sauna. Reclining chairs on the deck make it comfortable to enjoy the garden and its birds. When you like, roll out the large screen for a private cinema experience! By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
