Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

It has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as sleeping alcove with 1st Queen-Size double bed (160cm). The cottage is located on a charming small farm with sheep surrounded by fields. It is a well-planned cottage with an open layout. There are two beds in a bunk bed and two beds in a sturdy sofa bed. Firing in the fireplace offers a nice atmosphere. The kitchen area is well equipped with utensils such as stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom also has a washing machine. There is a patio with outdoor furniture. Parking near the cottage. Cleaning is included in the price.

Slappna av i detta lugna boende och njut av sjöutsikt och natur. Här bor du i en helt nybyggd enplansvilla med stora fönsterpartier och gigantiska skjutdörrar mot sjön. Huset har en braskamin och golvvärme i hela huset. Huset har 3 sovrum och 1 rum med bäddsoffa. Vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning med fantastisk utsikt. Huset har en terass på ca 75 m2 varav en del är en mysig uteplats under tak. Kanadensare finns och man kan bada från tomten. 7 minuter bort finns en fin strand.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Just one neighbour and from your patio, you only see nature, but only 15 minutes by car to the city center. You can walk to the bus stop in 15 minutes, where there are three different buses to the city center that run very often. Bostaden är ca 70kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 4personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda
