The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. On my houseboat, you'll experience a sense of freedom – right in the heart of Utrecht, yet surrounded by water, greenery, and tranquility. Here, your day begins with the gentle sound of the water and ends indoors by the wood-burning stove or outdoors in the evening sun with a barbecue in the bamboo garden. Walking distance from the city center, with free parking and city bikes for exploring. Swimming, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing: it's all possible. Welcome aboard 🏄‍♀️

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Situated on the child-friendly Kijkduinpark, with an indoor pool, 600 meters from the beach, 1 km via the dune to the cozy boulevard Kijkduin, 9 km to the center of The Hague, beautiful cycling routes to Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.
