Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

We have a comfortable and modern house at the cattle market in Utrecht. Perfect to discover Utrecht/Holland. The top 2 floors are available for the rental. What can you expect? You will share the front door and stairwell with our family. Up two flights of stairs and there you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you have an open kitchen, living room and beautiful roof terrace at your disposal. You can close your own space through a sliding door.

Dear guests, You are very welcome to come and enjoy the city vibes from a calm and peaceful environment. About our house: we tried to bring nature closer in combination with a twist of the industrial that really suits this city and of course a topping of design just because we love the beauty of it. Located close to Erasmusbridge, The Fenix food factory, The Markthal and Ahoy. Public transport closeby. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice warm bath in our bathroom.
