Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Detached ground floor studio, quiet and comfortable. This studio, only 2 km from AMPERE ElectriCity Maubeuge (Renault MCA) and 15 km from FRAMATOME in Jeumont or the Belgian border. Close to all amenities and the center of Maubeuge. You will find food in the activity area which is less than 4min drive away (McDonald's, Burger King, Quick, Auchan, Italian Restaurant). The laundromat "Les lavandières" is also 5 minutes from the accommodation. Enjoy your stay!
