Bright and cozy loft in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.

It's a studio on Calle Mayor, next to the Mercado de San Miguel, and located on one side of Plaza Mayor. This area is the heart of Madrid. It's a well-built house from that era, and the house exudes tranquillity. It's a flat divided into two separate studios.
