We offer a first-floor apartment with a spacious equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and oven. You will also find a stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet in the apartment. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed. You can enjoy a peaceful sleep in a separate bedroom on a 140 cm wide bed. We offer table football and a selection of wines from our own wine cellar.

An ideal choice for those looking for a combination of comfort and nature – to relax, work remotely, or just relax outside the city. Drinking water is closed from November to April. It is secured with a canister of drinking water (10 l), but please note that it is not possible to use the shower. The flushing toilet is replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

Its 39 sq. meters embrace a modern, well-equipped kitchen, new bathroom and two mega-comfy beds (one being a loft bed, both 140 cm wide). The floor is lined with natural cork to ensure cosiness and serenity.

In the surroundings you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpašsko-Teplice rock town.

A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.

Sunny Farm Mobile Home - Sunny Ridge Farm Mobile Home

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.

The offer is a 45m2 apartament with high ceilings, big windows and full concrete floor heating. The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.
