Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature. We invite you to book accommodation in a windmill built with a technique from 200 years ago. There is nothing in it that you can buy ready-made in a hardware store. We offer a classic bathroom with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. It is a perfect place to relax for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor GSM coverage will help.

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

A year-round, atmospheric house on the edge of a forest near the village of Karwica. NO PARTIES – quiet hours at night. Garden with a wood-fired hot tub for 8 people, a barbecue gazebo and a fire pit area. Peace and quiet – perfect for large families or groups of friends. Our house can accommodate up to 10 adults plus small children. We like dogs – and they like a large, fenced-off area. Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.
