Cosy House - beautiful nature!

Interior is modern nordic style. A lovely private garden with a big terrace with roof so you can sit outside all night by the fireplace and the gas BBQ. The house is suitable for families or one or two couples as there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: One double bed Bedroom 2: One double bed Bedroom 3: Kids room with one bed for a child + one madras Across the street you can enter a beautiful big forest and there is only 300 meters to the big lake Furesøen where you can wim and sail in our canoe

Easy acces til Cph by car/tram (A and E) Shopping in Holte/Lyngby/Nærum, pharmacy, local cinema, library, takeaway, dining incl. Michelin restaurant 'Søllerød Kro', Louisiana, Helsingør, museums, bike the forrest, swim in Furesø or sea at Vedbaek (10 min by car). The villa was build by the architect Mollerup for his family.

Family villa Lovely family villa in Holte, conveniently located close to small shopping mall, the forest and beautiful lakes (within 10-15 min walk). 20 minutes with S-train to CPH. The S-train station is 1.4 km from the House. There is a 10 minute drive to the beach (Vedbæk). The house contains everything a family needs! Bedroom 1-3 is upstairs+1bathroom. Bedroom4 in basement and then there is also a bed in the gardenhouse/annex (May-Sep) There are 3 bathrooms (1 at each level)

Hus med havudsigt og tennisbane

Vidunderligt familievenligt hus med havudsigt ved Rungsted Havn. Huset er nyrenoveret med masser kunst og skønne farver. Her vågner man med et smil, når man fra husets panorama vinduer studerer sejlskibenes stille fart gennem Øresund. Efter morgenkaffe på den rolige træterrasse starter dagen med havdyp fra badebroen eller tennis i parken. Når spadserturen langs vandet har sat sig i krop og sjæl, nydes solnedgangen med en cocktail på udsigtsterrassen, mens grillen opvarmes.

Spacious family friendly villa by Danish renowned architect Bertel Udsen from 1967. Perfect place for larger families (~240 sqm) with massive playroom, trampolin, football goals. Vedbæk/Trørød is one of the most sought after residential areas in Denmark. The villa is right next to a big beautiful forest and roughly 1 km from the beach. Still, you can reach copenhagen in just 20 min. Sleeps 8 adults/kids and two babies - with baby bed/crip upon request.

Villa på børnevenlig stille vej op til skøn skov.

Skønt beliggende villa i et af Danmarks mest eftertragtede områder. Villaen ligger i et flot, roligt og eksklusivt område på en stille, lukket, lille vej, hvor børn trygt kan lege. Vejen lige ved en dejlig skov, og ikke langt til strand og hav (ca. 6 km). Villaen er godt udnyttet med plads til mange. Indhegnet stor solrig have hvor børn kan spille bold og lege og hoppe i den store trampolin. Ca. 16 km til City (Kongens Nytorv). Bus og tog tæt på.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Vores villa befinder sig på en blind vej, med direkte adgang til Rude skov. Hurtig adgang til København 20 minutter i bil. S-togs forbindelse og Holte midtpunkt med specialbutikker, supermarked og bager 1 km væk. Der findes offentlige udlejningscykler 2 minuttersgåtur fra vores hjem.
