Discover the old house in the woods just north of Dyrehaven, where nothing is fussy, but where you can relax in a cottage-like environment and where you are surrounded by nature and tranquility. There is a large trampoline in the garden and a wood-burning stove in the living room for the cold days. Here you live within walking distance to the beach (1.5 km) and train to both Copenhagen and Helsingør (1.5 km). On the property, there are horses, chickens and cats that like to be petted, but some people come and feed them.

The villa is built in sustainable materials, including untreated cedar wood. The large common room makes the home ideal for the family who loves to be together around cooking, dining, games and socializing. 3-4 rooms and an annex provide privacy. A few minutes to the forest, lake and shopping as well as trains and buses to Copenhagen and North Zealand.

There is plenty of room for the whole group in this spacious and unique home. There is high ceilings and room for basketball outside and ping pong in the basement as well as close to the beach. Only 15 minutes to downtown Copenhagen. Newly built house with many delicious and practical details. There is the possibility of overnight accommodation for a lot more people, but in that case we must agree in advance.
