The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has a parking space where you can see from the bedroom. We will place comfortable beds of 2.20 with slats according to the guests' wishes. There's a modern practical kitchen, coffee, tea, and everything you need. We don't have TV, but you can borrow books and magazines or crack crosswords. There is a well stocked shop by the house. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. We heat the air conditioning and that's enough, the house is insulated. You set the temperature yourself. It's usually a little less in the room.

The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
