The staff helped with any issues. The cottage is large and full of nooks and crannies. There are plenty of spaces for your own things. The views from the windows and balconies are great, right on the mountains and Wang Temple. The price also includes A SPA, so after an active day, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge.

We were there for a hiking holiday in April. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer rock town, Bischofstein castle ruins are within walking distance, you practically don't need the car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village several good restaurants which were already open in the subaster season. Small grocery stores also on the spot. The house is cozy and roomy, beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. It would be nice if there was a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate your own utensils, they were quite crowded. Sanitary facilities were all functional, but could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

The large house with many rooms and bathrooms offered us the ideal conditions for relaxing in the house and garden as well as for fantastic excursions and hikes. Located almost at the top of the mountain, we enjoyed the tranquility, despite the location on the street. The highlight was the beautiful garden with its seating, as well as the HotPot, where you could relax wonderfully. The on-site manager was responsive at all times and strives to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We, ten adults and teenagers, as well as a child, felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We had a very nice time in a very nice, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. Communication with Andrzej was excellent. Small downside: accommodation itself does not have a spa, it is in the hotel next door and must be paid, gym was not possible because only for hotel guests

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples, very well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. The sauna (optional) was lovely. Despite the language barrier, everything was perfect and our stay was more than pleasant.

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

Thank you so much for staying with Antoni again! We really love coming back to this home – it has an amazing vibe, with a fireplace that gives it a warm and homely feel. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, clean linens, towels, everything you need to feel at home. Plus a great BBQ shed! Sboboba nad Upa has very good bus connections that will easily take you to wonderful trails. There is also a bar, shop, and restaurant nearby. Contacting Anton is always very kind and helpful. We felt well accommodated here over New Year's Eve. With two fear dogs the perfect escape from the noisy city! The cabin was totally quaint and cozy - the oven provided the necessary warmth in the cold season. If you can do something with simplicity and closeness to nature, you will be able to enjoy the accommodation very much. In addition, the intimate farm dog of Ewa accompanied us daily on a walk and showed us the way. The horses that looked into the house window from time to time were also a highlight!

We had a truly wonderful three-day stay at these apartments. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming. We grilled and relaxed by the fire in the evenings — such a cozy atmosphere! The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, yet the house is in a quiet, peaceful part of town right next to the forest. Our kids were especially happy to play with their lovely dog. Many thanks to Mr. Krzysztof and his family for their warm hospitality!

There is beautiful nature in the area, the accommodation is quiet. There is also a shop in the village, which is open almost all the time. The place is strategic - half an hour by car to famous places in Jizerky, but also the northern part of the Bohemian Paradise (a little more, if you do not take turns quickly:-)). The apartment is quite large, suitable for a family with children or more people. Just a heads up that the current bed slats are not exactly ideal for a very heavy person or for wilder nights. ;-) The host already knows it from us, and I believe he will do something about it, responds quickly and very willingly to everything that is needed.

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

Malgorzata and her husband are very warm hosts. The duplex apartment is warmly furnished and quietly located. The adjacent garden, which we were able to use privately, is huge and offers all kinds of opportunities to relax and play. The surrounding area is also beautiful. Right from the property, there are great hiking trails.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

A great place for a group of friends or a large family. Spacious rooms, big living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The pool was the biggest experience on hot days. Great location. Very close to shops and restaurants. The Giant Mountains offer a wealth of experiences - hiking, biking... A friendly host was also very helpful in their choice. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the stay, the tranquility and great nature around the house was perfect for us adults, the children and the dog. There is also a nice barbecue to use.
