The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.
