From the gîte, you can visit beautiful villages along the river via the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, so you can come and pick up your bread.

Le P'tiny with bike shed

Relax and recharge in our small home inspired by the tiny house spirit. All the basic amenities will be available for your use. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic bedroom accessible only via a large ladder, and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Many activities are available around the house: a greenway just 100 meters away, walks, cultural visits, water and horse riding activities, shopping, etc. Located 40 km from Tours and le Mans.

Nestled in the heart of the Ronsard Valley, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a green setting, this space invites you to relax and unwind. In the village of Couture-sur-Loir you will find a bakery/grocery store/tobacconist. A greenway reserved for walkers and bicycles is accessible not far from the house. Close to the Chartre-sur-le-Loir, a village of flea markets, and the Bercé forest, as well as the Marçon lake.

Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu 5 minutes and the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Natural air conditioning: the temperature is pleasant even during a heatwave. 40 degrees outside, 20 degrees inside. ✨ We are proud to present our cave house, the result of three years of renovation. You will enjoy a cosy atmosphere thanks to the Berber carpet, the beautiful fabrics and the efficient heating. We wanted to create a unique atmosphere, conducive to travel, thanks to objects sourced from Nepal, Morocco, Vietnam and Laos.

The pretty little town is famous for its many flea markets.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
