Relax in the tranquility of nature on the shores of the clear-watered Kuontijärvi, close to Ruka's services. The cottage (40 sqm/two rooms + loft) is well equipped. The atmosphere is created by an open fireplace in the living room. Several great activities right from the front door: in winter, the Kuontivaara ski loop passes by, and in summer, the mountain biking route (Kouvervaara loop). The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes by car (Ruka). The cottage is part of a housing association, with one semi-detached cottage and one cottage consisting of three apartments in the same yard.

One has a double bed and the other has a 140 cm extendable bed, as well as an 80 cm wide bunk bed. The spacious kitchen also has a sofa bed. The cottage has a toilet, as well as a sauna section on the cooling terrace. Elisa entertainment and Wi-Fi are available. The store is about 4 km away, the slopes are about 5 km away, and the yard, sledding trails, and hiking trails are accessible from the yard. 2 continuously valid lift tickets are included in the price.

The cottage is near Rukatunturi about five kilometers in the direction of Kuusamo, so it's perfect for those who appreciate the tranquility but those in need of Ruka services. Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
