Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, including the pond and barbecue area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Quaint ambiance to feel good. Whether as a couple, with family or with friends - our cottage is ideally equipped for self-catering. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

Holiday apartment near Hallstatt

Spend your vacation right in front of the slopes in the exclusively equipped apartment. In just a 5-minute walk you are at the Hornspitz railway and will soon reach over 100 kilometers of ski slopes. In summer, the natural pool is within a few minutes' walk. Beautiful hiking trails and alpine pastures in the immediate vicinity. For families or couples, the spacious apartment offers comfort and guarantees a nice vacation with two separate bedrooms and a large living area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
