The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. It sleeps 4 in two queen sized beds, each in their own bedroom. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

This new rustic home has 3 bd, 2 bath, open kitchen, fireplace in living room, loft master bedroom, full wrap around porch with a partial screened in area with great views. Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
