The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

My place is close to Grambling State University. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. We keep our place reasonably priced to attract folks that understand the value of a cozy home versus a hotel in the area.
