Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Lovely panoramic views of Trondheimsfjorden. Good hiking opportunities in the field with the farm as a starting point. Short distance to great beach by car. There are cats, chickens and goats on the farm. The apartment consists of 1st floor: Access to private toilet 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, hallway with some storage facilities.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Perfectly located with approx. 5 minutes walk to both Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the lake. Inside, it is uniquely designed with a curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedroom. Good size bathroom. Decorated with a mix of classic retro furniture and modern furniture. The living room has a nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

Apartment in Byåsen with a perfect location! Right outside the door you will find Bymarka for great hiking experiences all seasons. Only 15 min. by bus to the World Cup facility in Granåsen and Trondheim city center. 3 minutes walk to grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and bus stop. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet block in a peaceful neighborhood. Here you get both proximity to nature and easy access to the city. Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
